Cooking with Jennifer Ippolito
Jennifer Ippolito is excited to share her culinary expertise and first-hand knowledge of traveling throughout Europe. Her experiences living, cooking and teaching in Paris and Southwest France will enrich our summer cooking series. Jennifer attended the NY Restaurant School Culinary Arts program and cooked professionally in NYC pre-9/11. She was the originator of The Cheese Plate in Water Street Market (now the Grazery), as well as the Yum Yogurt fro-yo shop and Kitchen Workshop cooking classes for children. Her first education degree is a Masters of Arts in Secondary Education French and second is a Masters in Education in second language acquisition (TESOL). Jen earned both Masters from SUNY New Paltz. She is a NYS certified teacher currently teaching English as a new language at Wallkill School District.
